Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy of 15% restocking fee is applied to the refund made within 30 days.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. A handling/restocking fee of 15 % will be charged for carts and parts.Shipping charges apply. Duties on products are non-refundable.  For pre-order product cancellations, a $50 for processing fees will be deducted from your refund.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items past our 30 day return policy or gift cards. Electronic parts are all final sale and does not qualify for refunds or exchanges. To start a return, you can contact us at info@mobilecaddy.ca. Shipping

Shipping method: We ship with Canada Post, Canpar, ICS, GLS, Fedex, Purolator, UPS to Canadian addresses from London area. eg all carts, rangefinders and any MobileCaddy branded accessory.   Handling time: Shipping handling time is about 2-7 business days based on customers address.  Delivery time: Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items.    Shipping rate: Shipping rate is Canada-wide for one cart is a flat fee of  $59.99 plus applicable taxes. A fee of $29.99 plus applicable taxes is applied to each additional cart ordered on the same receipt. .
