I have been using a mobile caddy for the last 3 years. I recently ordered a new remote. I received the new remote very quickly. I have always found the mobile caddy customer support and follow up to be outstanding. I would recommend mobile caddy to anyone who does not want to push or pull a golf cart. Great product at a great price.

Very happy with Mobile Caddy. Merhi is a pleasure to deal with. He kept me informed from the sale to the delivery. He was available when I needed assistance resolving a small issue changing the setting on my battery, he walked me through the process step by step, even sending me a video that made it a simple solution.

Works well, a little jumpy but just takes getting used to. Helps for walking the course properly rather than pushing a cart hunched over.

I am enjoying my R9 it is working great and after the first issue with the remote not syncing once we over came that everything has been working just fine.

Been using the cart for 2 weeks. Very easy to assemble and very easy to learn how to operate. It’s very nice to use makes walking the golf course like going for an easy walk! Still lots of energy left for the last few holes which is nice!!
