I’ve owned two Mobile Caddy GT5s for five years. Mine has nearly 600 rounds and about 5,000 km on it, with only one battery replacement, which is impressive, considering it’s spent most of its life chasing my golf balls into places carts were never meant to go.

Last week, I finally wore completely through a rear tire. It had been bald longer than my driver face after a cold morning, but like my swing, I just kept pretending everything was fine and sending it back out.

I then ordered the wrong replacement part, because if there’s a wrong decision to be made in golf, I’m contractually obligated to make it. Within minutes of my email, Merhi called and went far beyond expectations to make sure I had the right part before the weekend. Honestly, he showed more accuracy in that call than I’ve shown with an iron all season.

The GT5 has been replaced by the GT6R, but my next one will be a GPS follow-me model. My controller skills are no longer as sharp as they were in my younger video-game days, or maybe they never were. At this point, the trolley deserves better than being steered into bunkers, curbs, trees, and the occasional playing partner who stood just a little too confidently in my line.

Easy to order, easy to assemble. I have used it 6 times and it has been great!

At my age,78, it's getting harder to push my click gear cart thru the rough. Our course is mostly flat, but there are a few hills that take some energy. That was the main reason for looking for an electric caddy.
I reviewed several and decided on mobile caddy.
The reviews were good and the special offer was appealing. Only option was yellow wheels, a color I love.
I've played several rounds and getting the hang of it.
It climbs the hills well. I do still struggle with the turns. At times it turns too far right or left and I end up manually correcting it. I do enjoy the remote, but find that the manual control works really well and when its hot and I need my umbrella, I can walk alongside and stay covered.
It folds up great and I have no problem lifting it and placing it in my suv. The battery is super light, so very easy to handle.
Overall very happy with my purchase.

Product arrived in two days. Easy assembly. Have only used a couple times. Very happy with the performance. Referred by a friend that has had this model for two years . Looking forward to many more rounds of golf to get my exercise walking without the burden of pushing a cart. Thank you Mobile Caddy.

Great service - quick and easy to deal with

The caddy is very good and powerful. The instructions were small to read but was not to hard to put together. The support contact was very good. The remote is ok. Takes some getting use to as the buttons are not independent. I have not had it on the course yet. But tested it on my lawn and it is pretty good. Like I said it will take getting use to.

Very pleased with my choice to get the MobileCaddy M4. Works very well, lots of power, good choice of speeds. I'm not sure if a swivel front wheel would improve quick turns, but it's not a significant issue. Fantastic cart for the price!

Well I assume it’s ok I havnt tried it yet as it’s winter but the delievery was prompt and well wrapped don’t know why it malfunctioned but had been going on for awhile I hope I dont have to replace motor and remote every 2 years
