Remote works fine once it is paired

Instruction booklet should include more detail on set up of the remote with paring instructions. A link to a video with instructions on the complete set up of the GT series mobile caddy would be beneficial

Love it.

The R11 Electric Golf Caddy is a very stable and powerful golf cart. I play on a very hilly course and the R11 handles the slopes well.
I would suggest the following improvement to this and most e carts.
A meter to identify battery charge and a dedicated park brake.
Overall the cart has been great, I needed practice to operated the remote but am getting better with each use,
I received the cart with a faulty charger. Koodos to Murray from MobileCaddy who diagnosed the problem and sent a replacement charger immediately. Great customer service.

Put cart together and played my first round of golf with it. Truly a great feeling just walking beside it and thinking about the next shot. I noticed it’s pulling to the right side, however I have seen comments as to how to remedy this pulling. But all in all, I enjoyed the experience with the company - very positive and easy to talk with. I know I am going to enjoy the electric cart. Thanks. Amo

Ego Caddy.

Lost my first response. So here l go.
The only with the cart is the small magnet on the door fails to connect resulting in the door opening. I have secured the door with an elactic ban.
I would recommend a review of this issue. For the rest the cart is fantastic.
