Important Note:

Please be advised that as of Aug 29th, 2025 the $800 USD De Minimis exception is no longer in place. All shipments will now be subject to Customs Clearance and applicable duties & taxes regardless of value.

Shipments that qualify under CUSMA/USMCA may still be eligible for preferential duty-free treatment, provided they meet the Rules of Origin and include the required certification details. We recommend reviewing your shipping processes and documentation to ensure compliance and take advantage of CUSMA benefits where applicable.

Due to the recent changes, customs fees and applicable duties & taxes are now the responsibility of the customer for products shipped from Canada.

Shipping method:

We ship with Canada Post, Canpar, ICS, GLS, Fedex, Purolator, UPS to Canadian addresses from London area. eg all carts, rangefinders and any MobileCaddy branded accessory.

Handling time:

Shipping handling time is about 2-7 business days based on customers address.

Delivery time:

Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items.

Shipping rate is Canada-wide for one cart is free.
