Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy of 25% restocking fee is applied to the refund made within 30 days. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. A handling/restocking fee of 25 % will be charged for carts and parts.Shipping charges apply. Duties on products are non-refundable. 

For pre-order product cancellations, a $50 for processing fees will be deducted from your refund. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items past our 30 day return policy or gift cards.

Electronic parts are all final sale and does not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. A video request will be asked for proof and to assess the situation and give a proper solution. Refusal to provide us with a video/photo request, will void your warranty. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

We will accept returns for carts that cannot fixed under warranty at our discretion. If a refund is accepted, and is past the 30 day return policy, shipping is paid by the purchaser and a re-stocking/ handling fee of 25% of purchase price will be applied to the refund. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you if the return was approved or not. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less handling charge of 25% of purchase price. Shipping charges apply. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, usually 3-7 business days.

Warranty

Warranty on carts are for 1 year from date of purchase on cart and battery, parts only. Labour is not included. Warranties are non-transferable. Accessories and remotes are not covered under warranty. Normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty. For support, please contact us by email at info@mobilecaddy.ca for any concerns.
