We have a 30-day return policy of 15% restocking fee is applied to the refund made within 30 days.Β
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Youβll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. A handling/restocking fee of 15 % will be charged for carts. Duties on products are non-refundable.Β
For pre-order product cancellations, a $50 for processing fees will be deducted from your refund.Β
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items past our 30 day return policy or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Β
We will accept returns for carts that cannot fixed under warranty at our discretion. If a refund is accepted, and is past the 30 day return policy, shipping is paid by the purchaser and a re-stocking/ handling fee of 30% of purchase price will be applied to the refund. We will notify you once weβve received and inspected your return and let you if the return was approved or not.Β
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once weβve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youβll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less handling charge of 15% of purchase price. Shipping charges apply. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, usually 3-7 business days.
Warranty
Warranty on carts are for 1 year from date of purchase on cart and battery, parts only. Labour is not included. Warranties are non-transferable. Accessories are not covered under warranty.
